TERMS AND CONDITIONS for having a good time with Palace Adventures

All Palace Adventures Tours are subject to weather conditions and all prices are subject to change without notice. Palace Adventures' reserve the right to substitute sailing vessels.

CANCELLATIONS:
Tour cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure, once booked, may result in a forfeit of the full price.

Accommodation cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure forfeit the full cost of the first nights stay per person for dormitory accommodation, or per room for private room accommodation.

Failure to show for accommodation or any tour booked with Palace Adventures or Palace Backpackers will forfeit full cost.

INCLUSIONS:
Night Dive equipment and dive medicals are not included in the tour price.
Marine and National Park Fees are included in the tour price, unless otherwise stated.

VALIDITY:
Tour and accommodation vouchers are valid for six months from date of booking.

STINGER CONDITIONS:
At certain times of the year dangerous jellyfish inhabit Queensland waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel/s listed will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequence whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk, we recommend that you wear a full length protective 'stinger suit' whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruises.
